THE BERKELEY HOTEL, KNIGHTSBRIDGE WEDDING

This design concept brought together two different styles of wedding, high-end luxury with a modern urban city vibe. Here at Illy Elizabeth Weddings we are always looking at the next new way in which we can create something completely different and unique to what has been done before. The Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge was the chosen wedding venue location in London. Neutral palettes were a must to compliment the venue, whilst using higher-end designers to compliment one another in the design concept. To create more of a London City Chic style, the photographer took photos in front of well-known retailer Chanel in Walton Street, London.

Florals had to be modern, so with that we incorporate the very popular Anthurium flower which stood out in the tablescape design we had put together. Clear and Frosted Glass was used amongst the place settings, with exquisite silver cutlery to compliment it. Luxurious linens and bespoke stationery worked perfectly to compliment the entire design.

We had a separate evening look for the bride, which featured bespoke embellished accessories that were made for this event. The bride wore a Lorna Luxe Engagement Ring which featured a similar two-stone setting. The evening shots were taken in front of another bespoke setup we had created for the couple, a frosted acrylic backdrop dressed with fresh florals, twinned with a 5-tier luxury designer wedding cake.
