Wedding Coordination Package
So whilst you've had an incredible wedding planning journey, you've come to the end and realised you need someone that really understands your vision to take the reigns on your wedding day. You know, as well as I do, a venue wedding coordinator does not have time to take care of the details and keep all your suppliers in check. Let them do their job and we will do ours for you. We'll bring all those special details you've planned altogether and ensure nothing gets missed on your wedding day. From greeting suppliers, to helping guests who are running late, to sewing a hem on a bridesmaid dress last minute, we've done it all! We carry an emergency kit just for the occasion, we've got all sorts of tricks up our sleeves.
Initial Wedding Consultation
It's important for us to establish a mutual connecting right from the word go. An initial phone consultation will ensure I understand your visions as a couple, helping me create a good understand of what you'd both like to achieve on your wedding day. We will then meet 2-3 weeks before your wedding date to go over the final details.
Unlimited Contact + Online Platform
Not only do you get unlimited contact via phone + email, you also get venue viewings with myself and my team. We will work together using a specialised online platform, so you have full visibility of the planning process whilst we work together to get those final touches in order.
Wedding Venue Walkthrough + Timeline Creation
After we have met 2-3 weeks before your wedding date, we will choose a date for us to have an entire walkthrough at your chosen venue. We will ensure that everything is exactly how you've envisioned, and ensure that is put into a bespoke timeline for all suppliers to follow. We want to make sure no detail gets missed, enabling you to relax and enjoy the day.
Main Contact for Suppliers
We will retrieve all your supplier details and take the reins on your wedding weekend. Your phone can be turned off and all calls will be directed to us, as myself and the team work behind the scenes with your chosen wedding suppliers.
Wedding Coordination + Wedding Day Styling
Rest assured that we will be with you on your wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Wedding Day Styling comes as included with your wedding coordination package. The Illy Elizabeth Team will be on hand at any given moment on wedding day, think of us as your very own Wedding PA. We will stay until a time that suits you, and do everything we can to help with packing away before the end of the day!
