Initial Wedding Consultation
It's important for us to establish a mutual connecting right from the word go. An initial consultation will ensure I understand your visions as a couple, helping me create a good understand of what you'd both like to achieve on your wedding day.
Mood Board Creation + Vision Overview
We will work together to create a personalised mood board and colour palette using inspiration from both of you as a couple. Whether there is a particular item or colour you want to base this on, we will create something individual and spectacular for you and your guests.
Unlimited Contact + Online Platform
Not only do you get unlimited contact via phone + email, you also get regular face to face meetings with me to give regular quarterly updates on how the wedding planning process is going. We will work together using a specialised online platform, so you have full visibility of the planning process whilst we work together.
Wedding Venue + Supplier Searches
This is all included in your full wedding planning package. We will find your ideal wedding venue, wherever it may be, there is always a treasure hiding somewhere. We provide all supplier searches, we work with a trusted supplier list we have built over the years that we know personally. Rest assured, you will still have the fun part of deciding which supplier to go for. We will negotiate on pricing and any discounts will be automatically passed onto you.
Full Management of Budget, Appointments, Guest Lists + RSVP Management
Our online platform allows us to work together to selectively manage your wedding budget. It's the most important aspect of any wedding planning and having clear visibility of this is a must. I will attend appointments on your behalf if required, monitor your full guest lists and manage your RSVP when required.
Wedding Coordination + Wedding Day Styling
Rest assured that we will be with you the entire process of your wedding planning journey, that means if you have a weekend wedding, we are there the entire time. Full Coordination and Wedding Day Styling comes as included with your full wedding planning package. The Illy Elizabeth Team will be on hand at any given moment on wedding day, think of us as your very own Wedding PA.
