As much as you can plan for all eventualities when running a wedding venue, you can't avoid unfortunate circumstances that cannot be helped. 

 

I am one of the only wedding planners located in Sussex and London to offer ad hoc event venue coordination. It isn't down to the venue to have to coordinate all of your couples suppliers, and that's what we are here for. There is nothing worse than a supplier not turning up on their big day. This is why so many venues request my help with venue coordination on a temporary basis.  Where you only require a few hours, a whole day or weekend, I ensure you receive the security and reliability you need for your venue. We can handle initial site visits, full day coordinations and full management of wedding weekends.
